Cancellation Policy
Scheduling & Payment All sessions are booked in advance and confirmed once payment is received. For multi-session packages, payment plans may be available depending on the offer. Rescheduling Life happens — I get it. If you need to reschedule, please give at least 48 hours’ notice so I can offer the time to someone else. You’ll be able to reschedule your session through your confirmation email link or by reaching out directly. Cancellations All sales are final. I don’t offer refunds, but I do allow one reschedule per booking as long as notice is given. No-Shows If you miss your session without notice, the session is forfeited. I put time and energy into preparing for each client, and this policy helps keep things respectful for both of us. Late Arrivals If you arrive late, we’ll still need to end at the scheduled time. If you’re more than 15 minutes late without contact, the session is considered a no-show. Communication Email is the best way to reach me with any questions or schedule changes. You’ll get reminders and confirmations with all the details you need ahead of time.
